I had an amazing stay at this resort. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful beach of soft white sand. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the pool to the spa. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Not obvious to find.

The staff was not so good, little english, bring wrong food when order in room, do not pay attention to the "do not disturb" and etc

All good except staff are slow replacing coffee cups etc numerous others also commented during breakfast.IE It didnt seem like some one was managing your staff.

If you advertise a Buffet on Friday and Saturday nights it is not professional to cancel because you are not busy IE The staff said its not on tonight because it is not busy= In a supposed 5 star resort a western person finds this cheap and will not come again.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the beach, and friendly staff. The hotel had excellent facilities including a gym, spa, pool, and restaurants serving delicious gluten-free dishes. The beach was beautiful with white sand. The staff, especially Thanh, Trinh, My, and Dung, were always helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful luxury resort with great rooms/villa's, enormous swimming pool and a nice private beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the guys and girls from the swimming pool area. Good lunch and diner menu at different sites (restaurant, pool, beach) of the hotel.

Because of the low-season allot of dishes that were on the menu weren't available. Understandable, but sometimes it becomes annoying when you have to change your choice more than 3 times.

This resort boasts a great location, right by the beach and close to various restaurants accessible by foot or by taxi. Its proximity to kite surfing schools provides ample entertainment for guests. Enjoy the stunning view from a two-story suite or pool villa, complete with a comfortable bed, outside bathroom, and space for relaxation. The facilities are excellent, including a good-sized pool and tasty breakfast buffet.

Some staff members could improve their attentiveness, causing wait times for service during dinner and dessert in the pool restaurant.

Hotel facilities and location is great. The swimming pool is awesome just besides the beach. The rooms are clean and quite big, most of them facing the sea. Food was excellent and price for drinks was fair. I would definitely stay here again.

The service by the pool is a bit slow, it took almost an hour to get the meal we ordered. They should have more chairs available around the pool and also on the beach, it was quite hard to get a seat.

Beautiful hotel with good designer. There is very nice music at night..

This hotel provided a luxurious escape from daily routines. The spa and wellness center offered a great range of treatments and the private facilities made the experience exclusive. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provide relaxing moments in a beautiful garden area. The entertainment was also great and kept us occupied at night.

Only a minor issue, but the karaoke bar was closed during our stay. We would have liked to experience it.

The beach/garden view room which has a corner terrace, is especially nice and worth the extra expense.

The only thing I didn't like is the standard menu in the dining room. If you stay more than a few days, you have run out of new dishes to eat.

The infinity pool opening out to the beach and horizon. Absolutely beautiful.

The massage I got. It was actually uncomfortable.
